The Morris County Chamber of Commerce has named Meghan Hunscher as its new president, effective January 1, 2019. The MCCC announced the appointment of Hunscher, currently executive director of the Morris County Economic Development Corp., a division of the chamber. Hunscher replaced retiring Paul Boudreau, who has served as president of the organization for ten years.
The chamber has credited Hunscher with increasing membership and funding since taking the helm of the MCEDC in 2016. Based in Florham Park, the MCCC boasts nearly 800 members, employing 74,000 people in Morris and surrounding counties.
The Morris County Chamber of Commerce is the voice of the business community in Morris County and the premier business association in North Central New Jersey that serves more than 800 members and provides more than 300 events, forums and committee meetings on an annual basis. The Chamber has represented many thousands of member companies and their employees in a century of existence.
