Creations by Sabrina was a dream, turned into a reality. The owner/head baker, Sabrina Venturini, has always had a love for creating smiles by sharing her yummy creations. She attended Johnson and Wales University and graduated in May of 2019 with an associates in baking and pastry and a bachelors in food service management. She decided to take her career to the next level by opening her own bakery in Boonton, New Jersey.

Sabrina has experienced a lot in the baking world before deciding to open her own bakery. She did an internship at Kalahari Resorts. This was one of the greatest experiences of her life. She moved to Ohio to learn from talented chefs and bakers. She worked in the bakery as well as helped out in the main kitchen. She gained a lot of knowledge at Kalahari which helped her improve her skills and knowledge of the industry.

After graduating she began working in a bakery at her home town in New Jersey, which turned into the beginning of Creations by Sabrina. Creations by Sabrina strive to provide their customers with freshly made pastries that can turn a frown upside down with just one single bite.

Kona Ice raised over $50 million dollars for local communities and organizations since 2007. So yeah, you might say that fundraising is our thing. The best part about it truly is that it’s so easy – for you AND for us. Fundraising should be a great experience for everyone involved – it should be fun! That’s where we come in – we put the “fun” back in fundraising!

We can fundraise for just about anything – schools, sports teams, band programs, etc. We have pre-paid Kona Cards that you can sell OR you can have us out at any event and we’ll donate a portion of the sales back to your program. Basically, if you have need, we’ll try and meet it as best as possible. We’re a fundraising machine…literally.
