Tax Alert:

Changes are coming for the Senior Property Tax Program.  “SeniorFreeze”.  The eligibility level for tax year 2009 is $80,000.  Also, an amendment regarding the waiting period of three years after moving from a qualified home to another qualified residence to one year will be signed into law soon.  Please contact your local state representative of call the Property Tax Reimbursement Hotline at 1-800-882-6597.
